Ron McKeefery


A Nationally recognized leader in the area of sports development.  The Professional Football Strength and Conditioning Society awarded him the Under Armor Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year.  Coach McKeefery is a sought after industry speaker.  He has lectured for the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Association, and numerous major universities. Ron has been published in the National Strength and Conditioning journal, American Football Monthly, and Stack Magazine.

Coach McKeefery has served as a strength and conditioning coach at both the Professional and Collegiate level.  Working with such professional organizations as the: Kansas City Royals (MLB), Tampa Bay Buccaneers (NFL), and the Berlin Thunder (NFL Europe).  Currently he is the Director of Strength and Conditioning at the University of Tennessee.  Prior to UT he spent 10 seasons with the University of South Florida (Div I BCS level).  In his time at South Florida the Bulls transitioned from Div I-AA to the BCS Big East Conference.

He has coached 27 NFL Draft Picks, including 1st Round Draft Pick and Pro Bowlers Mike Jenkins & Jason Pierre-Paul.  Additionally he has had numerous All Americans, NFL free agents, and All Conference Selections.

He earned a Master of Arts degree from the University of South Florida in Adult Education and Bachelor degrees from Ottawa University in Biology and Physical Education.  While at Ottawa University he was a two sport athlete earning All Conference honors in Football and Track.  He was also a two time Academic All American.

Ron is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist w/Distinction (CSCS*D) and Coach Practitioner under the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as well as a Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC) under the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCA).  He served as the State NSCA Director for Florida (North).

Lee Taft


Highly respected as one of the top athletic movement specialist in the country, Lee is co-owner of Sports Speed, Etc., Inc. and President of Lee Taft Speed Academy, Inc. Lee earned his B.S. in Physical Education from Cortland State and his M.S. in Sports Science from the United States Sports Academy. He is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), a Sports Performance Coach certified by USA Weightlifting (SPC)and he is also a certified Level 1 Track and Field Coach by the USA Track & Field (USATF level I).

Over the past 20 years, Lee has worked with many athletes of all ages and abilities. His major focus and passion has been in the athletic development of young athletes. Internationally known as an expert in athletic movement technique, Lee teaches innovative techniques to improve multidirectional speed that are the up and coming teaching methods of many professionals. He has written many articles and e-books on the topic of multilateral speed and youth development, as well as, produced audio CD and DVD programs to assist parents, coaches and athletic development specialist in teaching his proven movement techniques to athletes. Lee recently wrote an inspiration book, 7 Points to a Championship Attitude. He is one of the most sought after speakers and clinician in the U.S. and Canada.

Jermaine Rolle, M.S., CC-AASP

Certified Consultant – Sport Psychology


Jermaine Rolle is a Certified Consultant with the Association for Applied Sport Psychology.  He has experience in working with athletes of varying sports, ages, and competition levels.  Some areas in which Jermaine has counseled athletes in are: injury rehabilitation intervention, confidence training, anxiety management, motivational approaches through goal setting, retirement from playing, burnout from sport, among many additional areas that pertain to the psychology of sport.  Jermaine has also work with teams as it relates to team cohesion, overall team communication, and coach-player dynamics.

Having done his undergraduate studies in Psychology at the University of South Florida (Tampa, FL), and completing his graduate studies Barry University (Miami, FL) in Movement Science with a specialization in Sport and Exercise Psychology, Jermaine brings the psychological perspective to sport performance to athletes at Velocity Sport Performance – Cherry Hill, NJ and Velocity Sport Performance – Washington Township, NJ.  He has also worked internationally with athletes in his native country of The Bahamas.  Jermaine has also worked alongside sport psychology consultants from the United States Olympic Committee (USOC) at various speaking engagements.

No stranger to sports, Jermaine is an avid soccer player and fan of all sports.  He also played internationally for The Bahamas.  It was through his own playing experiences that encouraged Jermaine to pursue studies within Sport Psychology, and to continue to help strengthen the athletic performances of all athletes from within.


Miguel Aragoncillo B.S., CSCS, HFS

Miguel Aragoncillo is a strength coach and personal trainer local to the South Jersey and Philadelphia area. His work comprises working at several different locations, namely with a private youth baseball organization in Conshohocken, PA, a private youth hockey organization in Pennsauken, NJ and serving clients and athletes in the Philadelphia, PA region. When working with these athletes and clients, priority is taken to ensure quality movement is pursued, along with optimal exercise selection for that specific individual.

Miguel also takes great pride in his work that he has devoted to helping dancers in the Philadelphia region as well, hosting one workshop in the region, and aiding individual dancers to prevent injuries while preparing for performances and competitions.

Miguel holds a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist certification through the National Strength & Conditioning Association, and Health Fitness Specialist certification through the American College of Sports Medicine. Further, he received his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science from Temple University, located in Philadelphia, PA.

Seeking to increase his knowledge base, along with understanding of anatomy and its functional relationship to athletic development, Miguel has sought mentorship and served under several industry leaders:

  • Eric Cressey and Tony Gentilcore from Cressey Performance in Hudson, MA, who see approximately 80-100 professional baseball players in the off-season annually.
  • Kevin Neeld from Endeavor Sports Performance in Pitman, NJ, primarily working with a private hockey players as part of Team Comcast.

Personally, Miguel enjoys competing in the sport of powerlifting, with a competition best 365lb back squat, 248lb bench press, and 402.5lb deadlift for a total of 1015.5lbs in the 148lb weight class. His athletic background prior to powerlifting consisted of amateur competition in breaking or bboying.

While at Temple University, Miguel created an official organization for bboys and dancers to collaborate and create movement under the title “Temple Bboys”. To this day, that organization has held several events to bring awareness towards and to further unify the local Philadelphia breaking scene. Further, Miguel recently presented a workshop titled “Injury Prevention Workshop for Bboys and BGirls” for the current group at Temple University, in which protocols and movement drills were presented in order to promote optimal movement patterns for further dancing.

Chris Sanchez

Chris Sanchez is a graduate of Rowan University earning his degree in Health and exercise science in 2012. Chris grew up in South Jersey, attending Rancocas Valley Regional High School and played various sports including soccer, lacrosse, and hockey. After being hired by Velocity Sports performance, Chris studied for and passed his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. In addition to his CSCS, Chris is an FMS (Functional Movement Screen) certified exercise professional. Chris has a passion for learning and building strong relationships with all athletes he trains in hopes of helping them reach their highest levels of athletic performance.
